Lincoln Perera (also known as M.A.L. Perera and Mallawa Arachchige Lincoln Perera) was a former civil servant of Sri Lanka. He was the Chairman of Janatha Estates Development Board and Secretary of the Ministry of Plantation Industries.〔(Former Nalanda skipper Lincoln Perera dies )〕 ==Early life & education== Lincoln Perera was educated at Nalanda College, Colombo. While at school he played cricket and was the Captain of first XI Nalanda cricket team in 1949. Former All Ceylon cricketers Stanley Jayasinghe, Carl Obeysekera and Ashley Silva were Lincoln's team mates at Nalanda.
